havent been sleeping that well , was on a l-10 at work today , was really busy and tiring and now im absolutley exhausted!!

Back shift is a bugger.I used to do two days in a week backshift ,te yoy get a bit of a lie in but it feels like your whole day is gone at work.

I know what you mean.

You cant start anything significant because you know you've got flaming work looming up and it's too late to get anything done when you've finally finished. Earlys is better but if you're getting up before 5 in the morning you know you're going to feel knackered for the rest of the day.

I don't know how I am so good at getting them to behave

. Computer Games, playing outside, being hyperactive and crazy makes them behave. I'm being sensible and it will be a long time away if I have any. I adore babies and children
