Yayyyy...I have loads of them.
I have to run about the garden like a loony if it's a really windy day taking them all down...they range from gentle 'tinkling' sounds to 'bongo' stylee ones....it all gets a bit too mad noise wise here when it's windy!

Who's Mr Pompous?
I HATE wind chimes. I think they are noise pollution. Clattering and chiming about.
Hate them, hate them, tear them all down
Sorry

I like 'em and we have about 5 sets in our home. Next door has some big wooden ones in the garden which I actually like the sound of
why stop at windchimes... get a set of drums and start practising in the garden..
We have many arranged down the staircase.Ones's grandchild loves to belt them all.

Oh dear ... I hope I'm not Mrs Pompous then, coz I asked a neighbour to take their wind chimes down. They were dirty great big things that clattered and donged all night and I couldn't get to sleep.
I must have asked nicely though - because they did it straight away
Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy! I swear my neighbour will found garrotted by a set of windchimes one day.

I've got a 7ft cast iron obelisk with a huge windchime in the garden, I've had to shut the thing up with elastic bands, it was driving everyone one mad.
I had some in my garden but Oh my I had to go out in the middle of the night an rip them down as they were clattering away and I couldnt sleep ...lol
I love them, although not when the wind blows and they make a noise
