What's with this new format anyways? I know Davina comes in for a lot of criticism for her interview style but I don't really think that this panel style format improves things

I was about to post the same thing. First thing that struck me was the rip-off format from 'The Apprentice - You're Fired'. All they need now is for davina to ask the audience to hold up cards with either "evicted" or "reprieved" and then give the ex HM a going away present. In Cairon's case, an oxford english dictionary would be appropriate, as opposed to the oxford innit dictionary.
