Sorry guys, I deffo need to get my lenses changed. A RAZOR..
Shaving her face.
I did think when she went in at first that she was really a man.
She reminded me of Mick hucknell with dark hair.
I heard her sing on you tube though so she's definitely not him.

I hate shaving. IT HURTSSSSS!!!!!!
try aloe vera Peter..xxx
Thanks for that, but I've tried everything. These days I tend to have stubble unless I really need to look smart for something. Or unless I'm facing a 12-hour flight - stubble don't half itch on a plane for some reason!
Aloe has healing properties and you can get some nice mens stuff online if you search, it's fab according to mr L who has to shave every day coz he's a hairy git! He says he used to absolutely dread shaving until he discovered stuff that made it more comfortable. x

I don't think she was shaving, I did at first but I'm pretty sure that it was a cloth thingy that she was rubbing over her face. It wasn't a razor least I don't think it was
My husband didn't think so either but I'm sure it was.
Peter..have you tried King of Shaves products?
Why was she shaving her face? . I can understand the lip and chin area but shaving her cheeks and forehead what the f*ck?
She was 5o'clock shadow boxing.

Lacey, I'm growing Aloe Vera in my conservatory, I bought a tiny plant back from Lanzarote February 2009, the plant is huge now, great big fat leaves full of gel, just don't know how to use it.

Well I suppose some women do have an abundance of facial hair - just the other day I was served in Morrisons by a woman with a moustache.
It's the forehead that I find strange

So did the cameraman/woman....cos they zoomed in on her.
It could be hormonal issues... But shaving is a bad idea because the hair grows back, thicker and faster

Angel I'm not sure what to do with it when grown from seed, good on you for growing it...
I think you need to extract the gel, but read up first ont interweb..
Aloe has healing properties for the skin and I use it in showergels etc...

Thanks Lacey, I know you must be able to do something with it, my husband did a repair recently in a tenants property, he told me she had loads of cut leaves of Aloe Vera in a basket, but she couldn't speak English so he couldn't ask her how she used it.

Yep, that's what I use now. They're about the best I can find but my neck still stings like mad afterwards. And yes, I've tried aloe vera - we have two HUGE plants. Doesn't help though

Good heavens!! & I thought Lisa was mad last year when she was quite freely shaving her arms

Actually, it doesn't....it just feels that way, because instead of a smooth tapered hair growing out of the follicle, you have one which has been cut off near the base (where it's thickest) leaving a blunt edge.
My electrologist gave me a long lecture about that...

Lisa also shaved her face, she had a full on lather with shaving foam.
Peter, this is supposed to be good....

That's a myth, honest! Shaving is, in effect, severing a hair at a point beyond the root, just like cutting the hair on your head.
EDIT: I think this belief probably arises from our adolescence, when we are first aware of unwanted body hair. We (usually of the female sex) remove it, and keep on doing so. At some point, we stop, and notice the hair is darker and thicker, but that's just because it has become adult hair growth?

Ooo, I haven't seen that before. *makes notes*
Can the Sun cope with another Hairy Angel?
They are easily confused.

I thought it bad when Sophie was in the shower shaving her thighs, I 've never shaved mine, never needed to. I 'm an ankle to knees person.

I know what you mean...I'm not going to go all "I'm so not hairy blah blah.." but I have never needed to shave my thighs..I only get diddy hairs on them and so don't wanna risk getting big fat huge ones!

I don't shave my thighs...but I do periodically wax them (to get rid of the 'bikini beard' )
