Leave the hall light on....go to bed.. leave the bedside lamp on....read a book/magazine, close it when your eyes ache, wake up ten minutes later....reopen book/magazine......eventually wake up in the morning and feel proud of yourself that you....'survived'....

You need to wind down you sound stressed.
You need to relax before you can fall asleep.

Awww thanks xxx There are some nice people on here
Or do what my son used to do put a dvd on and fall a sleep.
Turn on the clock radio. Put on talk radio or sports. Something that is pretty monotone. Make the volume very low so that you can juuuuust barely hear it. 10 or 15 minutes of barely hearing just enough to sort of get the idea what's going on will put you right out.

I'm not sure, at this point, when we're opening for the US, but when we do the forums shall all be connected in some fashion so that there will be interaction without (hopefully) any spoilers.
I have just finished my 100th game of Bejewelled Blitz on fb Think the book and the dvd suggestion is much better. Thanks guys xx

Great idea ....then get really annoyed when the really faint talking on the radio wakes you up at 3.30 and you can't wake up enough to find the 'OFF' button....
Hope yuou manage to relax and fall a sleep.
