In a post-eviction chat with Rodrigo, Marcus has revealed he is fed up of two faced housemates when it comes to eviction nights - those who nominate someone yet pretend to be really upset and shocked when they are evicted.

In the kitchen a clearly down Marcus said to Rodrigo, “Everyone says stuff, but they don’t mean what they say.”

“How?” asked Rodrigo not knowing what rant his innocent question would start…

“Oh, they say ‘ I miss people’ and ‘it’s surprising’ and this that and the other,” complained Marcus. “If someone’s up for eviction, then they must have been nominated by some of them. If everyone says ‘I’m so sad’ and that it’s so shocking, you know that some of them are lying because they voted for him,” he continued. “So, I’m sad because he’s gone and I’m sad because of how people are talking. It’s ******** you know?”

Glad one housemate has finally said this, none of them congratulated Freddie last night and instead were in fake shock over Cairon going despite nominating him (not all, I know, but some in particular....)

I wish we'd get some honest housemates who, when some they didn't like/nominated is evict would just say "Thank god for that" rather than all this boring "I'll miss you drivel" Mad

Everyone has to nominate-fact of life in BB house. Also, sometimes when you nominate you are mad at that person and you think maybe you're the only one who voted for them, that's why you may be shocked when they are actually nominated because you realise others hate them as well.

When they go you realise the public didn't like them either. Also, when they leave the house the dynamics change, so in a way you do actually realise that you miss that person even though they got on your nerves when they were in the house.
Hardly anyone congratulated Freddie because they simply don't like him. It's a bit much saying housemates are two-faced for nominating people then say they should congratulate housemates who get nominated and then survive eviction, when they clearly can't stand that person.

Just my opinion.

I think that hms often feel some guilt after nominating and after a day or so may think they made the wrong choice. It may well be that some hms nominated cairon with the idea that he would be more popular than Freddie and would'nt be leaving. It seemed to be a genuine shock to a lot of them.

You're right, that' not what Marcus is saying though. He is talking about people who nominate someone, then act surprised/upset/shocked when they go...

tbf, you can nminate some one and still be sad they've gone, not all noms are borne out dislike

Once, maybe, but some people nominate the same people week after week (in past series, obviously) and still act shocked when/upset when they leave...

If i was in that house, I would have nominate Sree and if he went I'd be over the moon.

I guess it's because they realise they are live and so have to keep up the friendly image

I was actually answering your point on nobody congratualing Freddie. I am aware that Marcus didn't make that point.

yes, but that wasn't the case here, 2 nommed him because of a squabble the day before, forget why the other 2 nommed him,i think marcus is being a bit sensitive about it, because he liked cairon, wuld he have made the point if it had been angel going?

freeday sat there biding his time Glancehe'll be alright...he's playing a good game.

but tbf cairon only got four noms, some of the feelings expressed could be genuine, didn't see the eviction totally hence i reserve the right to backpaddle if i need to. Big Grin

Sree nominated Cairon but was the ist one to scream when Cairon was named as one of the nominees, he also jumped on Cairon when Davina announced he was the evicted housemate... Hypocrite....
