I suspect the budget would be bigger if they had LF as more people would vote...I'd be happy to pay for the Internet Streaming as well, cost about £7.50 a couple of years ago for the whole series!

i don't really get the "we are too broke" for LF.

They are already recording the suff 24/7.

They already have a team of people watching 24/7 looking for interesting stuff to put on the website and the HL show.

Just put the bloody thing back on the red button.

I'm sure it would have provided a few minutes of Live Feed and saved us from listening to her rabbiting on about her psychic powers.

I for one would rather have LF than BBLB.

why dont they just transfer say 5 hours of the night time live feed to a slot for day time feed, cant see there being any extra cost.

its not just recording the house 24/7 that costs its the extra editing and producing but saying that thats not the most expensive part of it ! the red button is shown on an extra channel that c4 has to pay for its effectively a short term broadcast license which is bought from the government .

I would pay for internet streaming too. Thats was some bargain a few years ago.

Some time ago when the red button was stopped l rang them and asked why, and they said that they had been outbid for airspace. Since then they have introduced E4 plus 1 Channel 4 plus 1 and more 4.

In saying that, they've had long enough to plan their 10th anniversary show (which should have been a stunner) by trimming other areas like BBLB and making live streaming the priority.
But they didn't and imho that's a very good reason for Endemol to sell it off to another
broadcaster.

they could have got rid of bbbm as well there paying Davina an extra £100000 to host it if you believe the papers

Me too. I paid for internet LF streaming every year even when it was available on TV so it didn't interfere with what my husband and sons wanted to watch. Worth every penny.

yep they do but as i said its the short term broadcast license that's the most expensive part of it ! if they have not budgeted for it before the show started they cant afford it now !

Couldnt they have saved money on the "Celeb" version ? Did Ulrika really need such a high fee?

can easily do without the spin off programmes. Just get the LF back on.
