As you said he can request and they can refuse and what will be will be.quote:Originally posted by Duckypup:quote:Originally posted by old hippy guy:quote:Originally posted by Liverpoollass:quote:Originally posted by longcat:
But it is. He is the one who wants to go to bed early. Why go in the BB house if all you want to do is sleep.
Surely it is all about having respect for each other? Most of the time the others in the bedroom are mucking around loudly and it is 2 or 3am. It is selfish and unfair. If they want to mess about, go in the lounge. I don't think it is asking too much of them to have a bit of respect.
In all fairness though, Fred MUST have watched previous Big Brothers and should know that quite a lot of BBs airtime takes place IN the bedroom at night, perhaps they should have 2 bedrooms, one for the teddy bear n jim jam types and the other one for the peeps who want to have a laugh n a chat before they sleep,
True... he should have known what he was in for, but it doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to respectfully request they are quiet.
They of course have the right to decline....and then we have the right to judge them selfish and vote them out.

But you would get hated by the public, not a good tactic for trying to win BB.

Yes, those inconsiderate people are the very ones who are complaining about being tired the next day. Oh God, I feel old!
I like Freddie but he is a little selfish by telling housemates he has to be in bed by 10 and they should all shut up.... This is BB and people know that there are always mad ones who like to stay awake.. He should learn to compromise sometimes...
I would be voted out the first week. I would tell em all to eff off.quote:Originally posted by Videostar:quote:Originally posted by longcat:

well then he aint as "bright" as he would have us believe then is he?
cause how much of a numpty would ya have to be to sign up for something that could go on for 13 weeks without SOME idea of what ya going in for?
may I suggest a career as a bed tester for him when he comes out?
oh and you know I have a bit of a soft spot for the "dolt" even if he IS a boring Tory "nob"

He only complains if they start making a row in the bedroom after midnight - they're free to make as much row as they want, as late as they want, in the rest of the house.

If you told the eviction crowd to EFF off I'd vote you back in.

He hasn't told them to shut up. He has asked them politely if they could be quiet so he could sleep. Pretty reasonable if you ask me. Bedrooms are for sleep and other 'er other nocturnal activities
I agree with youquote:Originally posted by old hippy guy:quote:Originally posted by mary_bee:

I would imagine BB want Freddie out. They don't want another bullying debate...and it looks like it's slowly going in that direction.
So now they are pretty much bullying him out, not good PR for the show.
They truly believe the average viewer is as dumb as the majority of the HM's. They forget the whole appeal of the show is the chance to feel superior.
They are worried that he'll win this years BB.

, agree with him anyday over those fools.
If he has watched previous series, he would know thats the Norm... He cant expect them to shut up because he wants to sleep... Im sorry but thats inconsiderate...quote:Originally posted by Demantoid:quote:Originally posted by pretty~cocoa~eyes:

Sounded rehearsed to me.
BB manipulation again imo.
That's strange, as I'm sure yesterday on BBLB the audience wanted Cairon to go. I think you're right, it's BB manipulation.
For the first time in ages I tuned into BBLB.
I'm glad I was busy doing other things at the time because if ever a programme was loaded to sway Friday's vote, then this was it.
Doesn't matter who's up for eviction, the show should be unbiased - and this wasn't.
PS. And no, Fred wasn't being cocky, he was, if anything, pointing out that the HM's had no say in the public vote.
