What made me wonder was Kris having a dig at her about the beans. Surely he wouldn't have been so mean on her birthday?
I was wondering that as well, I found it very touching that she was so thrilled at BB giving her a few treats. I felt sad for her sitting there on her own in the DR, but she was so grateful and gracious. She really is appealing to me lately.

It was lovely to see her looking so genuinely pleased with what they gave her.
She did look quite sad at the end though, like genuinely sad rather than 'oh what a shame my party's over'...does this make sense?

Me too - didn't think I'd like her at all after her entrance, but the birthday party in the diary room really made me look at her again.
How many of those other greedy HMs would have thanked BB so sincerely for their gesture?
I am sure they knew and wished her Happy Birthday they probably decided not to show it on the HL show 
She would have said surely. I think it was Thursday that it was her birthday????
I wondered that. Bless her, Angel has really grown on me, I hope she stays a good long time.

It's probably because, by the sounds of it, she hasn't celebrated many birthdays? She was really grateful for such a small thing really. I'm liking Angel more and more.
