If you could only see one film ..

Suppose you were going to move somewhere permanently where it would be impossible to see any films, what film would you choose to watch as your very last film?

I would choose A Canterbury Tale by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger. Although I have seen that film many times (and it is an odd film), there is something about it which I find very appealing and satisfying.

oh crikey that is a difficult one - to narrow it down to just one film is verrrrrrrrrrry hard but I think I would possibly want to watch something funny and The Full Monty def made me chuckle

I wouldn't go to such a place. They would have to drag me kicking and screaming!

Probably, Dr. Zhivago because it's simply amazing or Fahrenheit
451 which I could memorize and describe to the people living in that bleak, movie-less place.

if you only have one, i think it should cover many emotions, so it has to be funny, sad, enriching, thought provoing, etc.

i really like billy elliot. i don't know why but the very last scene where he is the swan... ooh it makes me well up with happiness. there is the pain and comedy too. yes, this would be my film of choice.

Totally impossible to answer for me. I could not choose between all the genres and singling out one film is way too hard.

I have never been any good at those favorite, pick your top 10, last film type questions.

But, I agree with an earlier post. I would not go there.
