tomorrow i really am going to sort out my unread pile of books and put them in my book case... and then get down to getting through them

We should have a book review thread for us readers to recommend any good books we've read Nod

Has anyone read on the other hand?

I still can't decide if i loved it or hated it but i know i couldn't put it down

Borders have a website, and a shop on Amazon, l do enjoy my local one, and they close nice and late too. My favourite shop was Murder One in Charing Cross Road, London. Sadly it closed this year, they had so many books and authors that l loved. Always staggered out of there once a month with carrier bags full of booty.

my problem with online retailers is that i stick to my usual authors.. nothing beats going into a shop, looking at the cover, reading the blurb and the first few pages and then deciding... yes... this one!!

Half my problem is remembering if l have read the book before. Especially when they keep changing the covers, it's only when l start reading it and then it starts looking familiar, l realise and that is such a disappointment. I did start listing them as l bought, and then did'nt keep it up. Frowner
