Harsh would have been making her walk home.

And how do we know she stayed on the bus. She'd surely have the press conference to do.

just posted in another thread, if you watch the bus go past some offices, a person wrapped in a blanket, walks inside the offices.

yep and at the end when the bus goes onto the roundabout.. doesn't look like a soul is on it..

No interview, nothing.

We know they're all wannabees, but come on. Eeker
But she wasn't a housemate, so why should she be entitled to a big eviction night with a crowd? She did have an interview, albeit on the bus, but she was so bland and boring that it was hardly worth watching.

Irrespective of who was evicted, I don't think they deserved the eviction that awaited them. It was humiliating.

I would never put myself up for this, and I suspect you wouldn't either, but you have to admit there was nothing dignified about the exit?
I agree it wasn't what she probably expected, but Benaizir wasn't a housemate, and so I don't see why she should be afforded the same treatment as housemates who have been evicted. She entered a reality TV competition, in the full knowledge that she might have to do all sorts of things to win. Being sent away from the studio on a bus is hardly the worst thing that could have happened to her! Big Grin She went in to seek fame and fortune and it backfired on her a bit.

I think you sign away your dignity when you sign up to go in the house though..

Fair enough, but if you wouldn't feel humiliated by being first out, with no ceremony, and no real chance to show the real you, then you must ba a really strong character.

We're not all the same, and yes, they know what they're letting themselves in for , blah blah blah.

It seemed a bit cruel to me.

But we're not talking about ordinary people - these are Big Brother contestants who will do almost anything for their 15 minutes of fame. Surely they don't put themselves in this situation on national TV, or get through the psychological profiling, without giving some thought as to how they would handle it if they were the first to be evicted? Benaizir probably had a much easier exit than she would have done if she had been evicted to a hostile crowd.
