Thats exactly how I took it as well....

He said they were all chosen for their look (never specified good or bad) and he's right, they were.

If he didn't look how he does he wouldn't be in there and he's not silly enough to try and deny it.

I was cheering at the telly (quietly cos of the neighbours) when he was telling Lisa her life story.

I wish there had been a Marcus in the BB8 house to have exposed Carole for the controlling manipulator she was! AARGH, my blood pressure's hitting the roof just thinking about that obnoxious woman!!!

Fair dues to Marcus last night, he certainly did the right thing in shutting the creature up.

I agree with you there. He has shown a level of awareness that we probably woundln't have given him credit for if that whole Lisa fracas hadn't kicked off. I think Marcus is a plant. Surely he can't be real. Looking like he does (like some Victorian throw-back with those side whiskers) he really cannot think that most women would fancy him. Maybe in Whitechapel in 1888 is a possibility! Not only that but he comes out with insensitive and inappropriate comments which he knows are bound to offend. But anyone who stands up to Lisa gets kudos from me. But is he doing it under instruction?

When he said a piece of meat I took it to mean they were there on their looks and nothing else,....and yes...all 3 of them are!!!

He's there cos he looks a bit different...and for no other reason..he's under no illusion about that....

It was all done by implication. He used the clever alternative of it being something BB is known for whilst, at the same time, affording them all the opportunity of hearing just how he feels about them all individually. Underdog Sree, pieces-of-meat Barbies, etc. His comments were quite hurtful.
