That is exactly how I see her too. She can say to him without being rude, that she isn't interested in him romantically but she won't because she's too focused on the game.
I believed this also SR but i have to say he will not listen. I know she SHOULD say it louder and more clearly but she DID tell him she didn't want to lead him on or anything like that. She also said she wanted to be just friends. Only Sree read that as 'she thinks i'm superman'.He's delusional.
Now i'm not a fan of Noirin,i think she is probably the most 'devious' (if thats the right word), she seems to always be on the edge of things if you get what i mean.I can see trouble ahead if Sree doesn't 'push off' asap.
