ya needed a partner for that one, and it was called "the shoulder bop" if I remember rightly,
ya STILL kept ya feet firmly on the ground though...although some of the erm...more flamboyant types would do a little "back kick" now n then,
GOD that used to knacker me haha me and a mate used to be able to almost touch the backs of our head on the floor bending backwards from the knees,....wish I could just bend backwards now hehe
