Yeah, when I was about 13, my friend and me decided to shave off the ends of eachother's eyebrows. They grew back, but there's still a little mark there if you look closely lol

I don't see how shaving should affect her eyebrows growing back. I mean people shave their heads and other parts

eyebrows are different though, if its overplucked for example, it would never grow back properly....though she being young the result might not be that disastrous

Yes as i no BB wouldnt want to hurt me so i would assume it would be what they use in the movies etc.

Shaving isn't the same as plucking. The roots won't have been touched, so they will grow back nice and bristly.
