If I were you I would not click on the LiveCloud icon on the black bar at the top of the page. That tempts you into amending or re-registering.
You could use the link that darlo posted earlier, and perhaps save it to your `favourites` (if you use favourites.)
Once you are there you can use the black bar at the top to find settings and change them to suit your own taste.

Something similar must have happened to me. I got told I wasn't able to register as I was under 14. I waited a bit and tried again and it worked.
