When you saw them looking at her after the show it was the drunken silly side they seemed to focus on. Like she was a mix between Kate when drunk and Jade's intelligence. There has been no indication of the bitchy or sheep-like side which was also evident while she was in the house.

Another factor that the focus has been on has been the split from Kris. Kris obviously isn't generally that liked. Sophie did like Kris in the house but from when she saw the magazines and the outside view of him (including her family's obvious antagonism) she suddenly changed and made that DR speech, which seemed quite calculated and maybe not even that convincing. Without that outside interference I wonder if she would have made that about-turn quite so easily.

Other factors such as the removal of popular HMs like Freddie and Marcus probably helped her, as did Siavash continuing to shoot himself in the foot for the final few weeks. With those left in the final maybe it was partly about votes to stop Charlie or Siavash winning for some of the voters (David came surprisingly high in the final vote). She did get a large percentage of the final vote but was she really as popular as that suggested?

I liked Sophie, But I would have been happier if Siavash, Freddie or Marcus won, as I believe those three were the real characters of the show, and it didn't matter whether you were huge fans of any of them respectively, the fact is that without those three the show would have been unwatchable. I predicted a month into the show that Sophie would win, as the OP has said, there was something very contrived about the whole series, and the fear the producers had with Siavash, Marcus, and Freddie's popularity was evident.

Totally agree with you Senora I felt as if the whole thing had been manipulated from the beginning! It would take far too long for me to explain why..... I did somehow feel a bit suckered by the end! But then I know in the last week Siavash must have felt this more than most!

Sophie won simply because she got the most votes out also she was the best of a bad bunch apart from Siavash of course lol. She may have won but will she be the most remembered from BB10, I don't think so as the likes of Freddie and Marcus will be remembered for the entertainment they provided even though they were evicted before they should have Disappointed.

A disappointing winner I thought.
I didn`t like her nastiness towards Freddie.
Then, when she apparently got on better with Freddie, I am not sure how much was genuine and how much was expedient and slightly mocking.
I didn`t like her gossipping. Still don`t know how much was naive and tactless, and how much was planned deviousness.
But worst of all I loathed all the messing with her hair.
I swear she spent some days with her hand on her head all day. That`s ridiculous. Obviously someone with their hand in their hair doesn`t deserve to win Big Brother.
