I missed all of tonights Champions League matches because I had no signal, and all because it rained here in London.

Do you live in London, and if so did it rain where you are.?
Its digital tv in general. How can you have a tv system that is reliant on good weather in the UK???
My mate is going back to Virgin because whenever there is bad weather, Sky goes whoosh

I still have no signal on the sky channels and even ITV.

I never had this with Virgin.
At our old house the sun used to cut it out...was fine in the rain though
Why did you swap?
Virgin is way better , so don't miss Sky now and it hardly plays up when it rains decent signal also .

When the signal went down due to the weather battering his dish, they wanted ÂĢ75 to come out

After being with SKY for 20 years I too am of the same conclusion.... now with Virgin....the V+ is fab SKY vs Virgin = no comparison!!!
I have never had a problem with a Sky Signal because of the weather.
Now seagulls sitting on the dish, that is another story.

I did that a couple of years ago.
There is a solution though but.
Increase the BBC licence by a tenner so that they may get the football.
You can then save anywhere between 40 and 50 GBP per month by cancelling Sky and Virgin.
Simples :squeak:
Remember that was my idea. No stealing it.
