No it's sort of Welsh/Bristol-ish imo as they flatten their vowels. (I am not responsible for this thread digressing btw!).
Bristol is more like an oooooo-arrrrr accent isnt it, pirate talk
I was always given to understand that there were two Bristol accents. One with a tinge of Gloucester and one with a tinge of Somerset.
