Just wanted to tell you about Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts.Im coming towards the last hundred or so pages and I dont want it to end.

Its a true story of an extraordinary man and his adventures from being a fugitive to a Bombay slum dweller and then then the slum doctor , to working for the Bombay Mafia and now hes off to fight in Afghanistan.Great insight into India, the people and culture, languages and food. Its fab!

Any ideas about what to read next,I will be bereft when its over.
