I watched one last year where they climbed a Mountain somewhere in Peru (maybe?), they found all sorts of moths and fish that had never been discovered before....

...sadly, Man has to destroy everything. Nod

I love natural history programmes ,I'll SKY+ that.Luxor ..so true scientists are still "discovering "plants etc that can help in the fight against diseases etc.Sadly we are contributing to the rain forests etc demise in our need for cheap food,palm oil plantations are replacing natural forests(It's used in most of our quick conveniance foods)Millions of years of evolution and a natural balance wiped out by our need and greed.

Just watching "The one show" on the BBC,a piece on dragon and damsel flies.They can zoom in the air up to 30 miles a hour and have been on the planet for 300 million years,long before the dinosaurs evolved.Natures helicopter/jet fighters.Fabulous! We have been on the planet for a few hundred thousands of years and are destroying it. Frowner
