At least you're free from toothache now .
I had a tooth out a couple of weeks ago; it had an abscess under it, so it had to go.
But I couldn't help thinking that my dentist didn't really have to show it to me afterward...

Thanks Baz! Amazing... the jab has worn off hours ago... and still no pain! He couldn't take it in one go and had to 'root' around for the bits!

He did, the swine
He knows I'm squeamish about blood (only my own: I'm fine with anyone else's, oddly enough) so I'm sat there with my mouth full of cutlery and he's waving this manky, dripping thing in front of my eyes...
Bet you feel loads better now. I sat with my son when he had 4 teeth taken out before having a brace fitted. The dentist near enough had his knee on my sons chest trying to pull the tooth out. Being nearly ten years ago my son can laugh about it now.

It wasn't blood I was worried about... afterwards I wondered if I could sell on the gold!

I often wonder if dentists do that with the gold they take out...maybe they've got a little back room where they melt it all down...
