My cat and dog have found a rat tucked away beside the shed, i dont like rats they scare me, but i cant bring myself to kill it either.

Council will come and trap it.However when I got them out for rats all the neighbours came out to nosey at the pest control van,felt like a mucky moo!
Trouble is the rat population in this country is soaring with the bins not being emptied every week.Don't leave your doors open,as they can get into your house,not only do they spread disease ,but they can chew through wiring and cause a fire,as happened recently in a farm house of a friend who was lucky to escape with her life,but lost everything else.

as you may remember my cat brought one in. It lived behind the kitchen cupboards for weeks until another one of my cats caught it!
