I've just finished reading Marco Pierre White's book and he mentions working with Raymond in a lot of various places - however, I've just lent it to my friend so can't even check that for you

Kaffy it is a good read yes - I recommend it

Before I started reading it I always thought he was a bit of a cold hearted man but once you read it you realise he is far from it.

He had a tough childhood and is pretty uncomfortable in social situations.

It's a great insight into him.

Nice to have the up-dates on the other contestants from last year's programme.

I'm glad he gave the two lads a job - I ended up really liking them

Oh... I'm not surprise he took the boys on - the chef had real potential, but needed a bit of a guiding hand. Rexi - he might make your Christmas lunch!
