Marcus Bentley - the "voice of Big Brother."
I thought his accent had become even broader this series; possibly deliberately exaggerated.
"Deeaaa foor`i fiive. Aaa`e foor`i foor `Aay `Emm." (or something like that; I`m not sure how to do it phonetically.)
I was wondering - does it now sound a bit too exaggerated, and do people like it or not?
More importantly, is it needed.
"Some housemates are in the bedroom" is not really needed if we can see them. And in this series the housemates have rarely been named.
"Some housemates are in the garden." Do his remarks add anything?
Just wondered. He slightly annoys me now, mainly because I don`t think it sounds natural.
