I'll be watching the dancing. I like watching how training and tuition improves their performance week by week.
Whereas on the X Factor they are usually as bad at the end of the series as they are at the beginning.
If there are any exceptional singers they will be talked about so I can check them out later.

Nod SCD rocks plus XF is replayed on ITV and ITV 2 on Sunday or you can watch it on ITV Net Player Wink. SCD is more entertaining imo I enjoy it more Smiler.

The lineup of celebrities taking part in the first two Strictly Come Dancing episodes has been confirmed.

Boxer Joe Calzaghe, actress Lynda Bellingham, ex-tennis player Martina Hingis, soap star Ricky Groves, athlete Jade Johnson, The Bill's Ali Bastian, newsreader Chris Hollins and TV presenter Rav Wilding will compete in the first Friday and Saturday shows.

On the Friday, they will perform either a Tango or a Waltz, while on Saturday they will have to do a Cha Cha Cha or a Rumba.

The remaining eight stars - Jo Wood, Phil Tufnell, Laila Rouass, Craig Kelly, Richard Dunwoody, Zoe Lucker, Ricky Whittle and Natalie Cassidy - will not compete until Week Two. However, they will appear to perform a group Mambo routine on the Friday show.

New judge Alesha Dixon will join the regular panel of Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli to assess the dancers' progress.

Strictly returns on Friday at 8.30pm on BBC One.

Strictly Come Dancing named world's most successful reality TV format in new 2010 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records! Clapping.

First ep of Strictly is FRIDAY night at 8.30pm! Then ep 2 on Saturday at 7.25pm.


There's a repeat of the Fri night show on Sat afternoon, BBC Two, 3pm!
