I think it'll work in his favour with die-hard fans that have spotted the bias but i don't think BB have done it on purpose to make him the winner and i don't think the die-hards can out vote the floating voters that tune in just for the final.

Whether he does or he doesn't... It doesn't take a genius to spot he's being singled out.

Some rules to do with nominations have been broken throughout this series.
In previous series if rules were broken BB intervened and warned or punished rulebreakers

BB did nothing about the flagrant use of the block vote against Freddie. This attitude strengthened the block voting group to the point where they no longer see their behaviour as rule-breaking. (David and Lisa both protest that they have never broken rules but ignore the nom-rigging)

Siavash and Sophie have lived in there for months and I don't blame either of them for having grown disillusioned with the nomination process.
Sophie has grown to like all her housemates and is being pretty loyal to both her new and old mates.She does not want to put any up for eviction.
Siavash knows his noms would never make any difference anyway. He could still go in and do them but has chosen, despite pressure, not to.
It is, in my opinion, braver to dissent than to "play the game" with this year's system.

Also poor Siavash has now got a shocking cold and still they don't let up on the playboy bunny uniform.

I've never seen this happen in all the years of BB, it's disgusting to be honest. I could understand the wearing of the clothes because he broke the rules more than once, but the reason he broke the rules concerning free riders and using block votes was ignored. On top of all that they have used the Noirin inccident three times in three days, if it wasn't still in anyones mind it is now. Then if that wasn't enough nominations shown on screen were all about Siavash and Lisa, not showing Lisa nominating Marcus 9 times, was bang out of order. He made a mistake, he clearly wishes he hadn't, but I don't think he is in there to be fair game to have his spirit broken. I wish he would win, but it's looking more like Sophie, even though I have grown to like her more it's still in my mind the straight jacket remark about Freddie. But hey ho, she made a stupid mistake, so did Siavash, seems like we can forget about Sophie's not nominating and her treatment of Freddie, but we should never forget Siavash's mistakes !!!!! I am fuming
