That's not much help/ Basically, Lisa is favourite with Charlie second. Lisa's 1/3 and Charlie is 3/1, which means Lisa is much more likely to go at the moment.

It means that if you give the bookie £1 and Charlie DOES get evicted then the bookie will give you £3 AND your £1 as well.
