I have taped it fabienne. It sounds like you enjoyed it and it may be worth watching. Have they stuck to the story as Emily Bronte wrote it?

I think so, so far. Smiler I'm not crazy about the main actors, but it's pretty good, I reckon.

Wuthering Heights, the novel, is all about atmosphere. I hope they have captured that eerie ghostly feeling in this version. The moors bits have to be done right or it will fall flat. I've never heard of either actor in the Cathy/Heathcliff roles but I will watch it and see. Thanks fab xx

I found it a bit disconcerting when they started it at the part they did, but I loved this production and everything was made clear.

I thought the guy who plays Heathcliff was brilliant and I love Burn Gorman as Hindley - he was superb.

The only thing I would criticise is that Isabella, Linton and young Catherine are all supposed to be blonde - in fact it's made a big thing of that young Catherine has the Linton hair and the only bit of her that is like her mother is her eyes in the book. But I suppose it's just a minor quibble Big Grin
