I didn't like Noirin at all so I'm inclined to believe the worst of her. She did spend a lot of time under the duvet with Marcus though.

I think we have to remember that when he was asked about it, Marcus would have been under the impression that Noirin was still with Isaac. He had also just been told that Noirin had denied anything had happened. If he was to then insist that something did go on, he would be calling Noirin a liar and risking causing further embarrassment to the "couple". I really don't think that's his style.

Personally, I think there was probably a little light petting going on, but nothing more...
