It wasn't a basic budget though. You cannot just dismiss what meaning and importance she attaches to such an item - just because it means nothing to you.

I didn't say it was a basic budget, I just said her "need" for hair extentions is not that important for the group as a whole.

It took money away from the others that could buy things that benefits all.

it was'nt a basic budget it was a luxury budget, she was as entitled as anyone else and as she said and its been there to see Marcus controlled the shopping list which ensured he got what he wanted.

Admittedly sophie looks better without the extensions....but they were less than the baccy and they had £35 each...and they threw loads of food away this week apparently....so she should have got them or whatever she wanted for £7.00.
