The housemates were not in high spirits this morning after the drama of last night, but what better way to cheer them up than with a brand new time travel Task?
The housemates were woken early and discovered a new futuristic look to the House, with a metallic silver Diary Room door. Lisa headed in to collect a laminate and came back looking cheerful, though most of the others couldn't raise much enthusiasm.
"For this week's Shopping Task, housemates have travelled into the future to Big Brother in the year 2209," Lisa read out. "In the future, Big Brother is open to aliens, robots and androids, as well as traditional human housemates."
"I love aliens!" she announced. "I believe in them." Right.
The housemates then got down to divvying up roles, though none of them looked very bothered apart from Rodrigo, who requested that he and Sophie were robots. David joined Lisa as an alien, and Charlie wanted to be an astronaut, mainly because he wasn't sure what an android was.
"I thought it was like a star," he said, looking a bit puzzled, before remembering, "No, that's an asteroid."
"Androids are like human robots," explained Marcus, who volunteered to be one along with Siavash.
Siavash himself didn't say much apart from mumbling, "This is well early." Maybe he didn't sleep too well after his fall-out with Charlie and Rodrigo last night...
The costumes are now in and Sophie and Rodrigo have got down to their part of the Task, which involves learning the viral dance phenomenon Daft Bodies, performed to Daft Punk's 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger'.
