Guinea pigs need to eat pretty regularly.

Next time you see them pass on your condolences and offer to look after the pets until they find an alternative. If they don't turn up in the next day or so then you HAVE to phone the RSPCA. They may be unaware or simply don't care but if your neighbour cared enough to keep them then I'm sure she'd be horrified to know they weren't being cared for
i'll get the people who rent the house to do some thing about it, they are worried too. trouble is none of us got on with next door, there were harsh words and fallings out and then no speaking, maybe i'll get the neighbours the other side to think about it.
