Was having a speed read through. The bit about troublesome cookies made me smile as it reminded me of one of the funniest forum questions I ever read.
Few years back I was fairly active in security forums & would join in and help answer questions on the small number of subjects I was reasonably conversant in.
Some lady was having a problem understanding the need to clear her cache (abbv'd version), and I told her it meant ensuring she cleared her cookies. It was her next reply that had the forum howling..
"How do I know if there's cookies on my computer..
"
Hysterical replies abounded asking where she normally kept her cookies, and it degenerated into a free for all comedy fest. On the the flip side, during it all explanations were provided until she finally understood.
Back to here..Will enjoy the place for as long as it lasts. Resigned to being the last chicken at Sainsburys when everyone has emigrated and there's just me posting to myself til the plug is presumably pulled.
