Sympathy.

Sob story.

I think living in the house is very different to watching.

Whats important for them is who talks to them, who helps them when they are down. Who cooks, cleans and who they can have a nice chat and laugh with.

For us its who watching we all have our own lists of dislikes.

I like Freddie as a HM but think he would have driven me up the wall if I lived with him.

Even during arguments, he goes on and on about how he likes everyone.

I think they are brainwashed, but we see more!

I'm not buying the sob story thing TBH. I think he's probably a genuinely nice guy .......not everyones cup of tea but a nice guy all the same.

Well, Sophie thought Dave was going tonight, also, earlier this week, she stated what a nice personality Kris had. They might get a different impression of people, but i don't believe they necessarily gain a better impression.

But the HM's who live with him 24/7 obviously dont. that's my point and ................I haven't seen spiteful TBH ......irritating maybe but spiteful is a bit strong IMO. Haven't seen that at all.

In your opinion. I find more to dislike in other HMs.

because you/we are getting one hour of edited HL where as the HMs are 24/7, they all and I say all did'nt like Fred from week one nor did they like all the ones they nominated, Charlie has hardly had a nom................why well maybe its because he is a decent guy and not the monster you all think he is.

Each to their own, I can't abide the little twonk!

The HM's may see him 24/7 but we see things they don't. How many times have we seen him lurking around other peoples conversations, and then scuttling off to tell someone else. Like he did with Noirin and Issac, or when his face changes and he gets a pouty sneer. Or him in the DR. Unless the HM's sit down and exchange notes, they won't see him as we have.

I just feel his diary room behaviour to be really false. It is so transparent to me that he is trying really hard to be cute. He isn't.

One good thing though, with Bea going, he can't play dress up and do nana. Thank God.

I think that overall Charlie is a nice guy and genuine- but not perfect. I do think there is something to say for what the hms think of their fellow hms, rather than the impression that the viewers get from the little we see on hl and snippets of lf

nope, he is a cheat and a coward all he is concerned about is how the public percieve him and I am pleased his GF dumped him last night.

Siavash or Marcus to win, Charlie Lisa or David out next.

I guess they don't see him (Charlie) listening in on conversations then running off to gleefully tell someone else what he's heard. Usually, it's not nice things. They don't see him in the diary room with his fake facade.

The barely controlled anger on his face when he was trying to wrestle back his mattress from Rodrigo. The way he goads Rodrigo knowing he can't take it. I expect the other housemates are tired of Rodrigo's histrionics and therefore don't hold Charlie's going beyond the boundarys against him

The snide "I love everyone, me" (liar) and "I was only joking" "I was only having a bit of fun". I don't know why the housemates don't see through this. Perhaps his sob story has something to do with this.

All in all, I find Charlie to be a rather nasty individual, and am even surprised at my lack of tolerance towards him, as I can usually find some good in most people.

I'm not prone to taking an unreasonable, unfounded dislike to housemates,but I really don't like him. I think it was that awful bit of bad acting in the diary room that made me dislike him and I've not really seen anything since to make me change my mind.

I think he is shallow and duplicitous.
He lies and is untrustworthy.
I suppose in that unnatural environment where most of the housemates get so many things wrong, they have been fooled by Charlie`s immature (and pretty poor) performance.
