i think its gonna sink in properly today for my lad-his mates family have asked him to wear their sons 'england' shirt and my lad has chosen 'stay another day' east 17 for when the coffin goes down
im not going in im just the spare driver for people who havent got a lift
actually im pretty glad im staying outside-id end up in bits and id be useless for my OH and son!

it all went off smooth
about 200+ people turned up, one of the young lads sang 'yesterday'-the beatles, in the church-it was all very dignified and very sad
all his mates, the lads especially, were crying.
the kid that died was well thought of and it showed today
so ta for your thoughts
and im off down the pub

So sad. What a wonderful thing to be able to stand up and sing like that. I'm sure everyone appreciated it.

oh yeah,
one more thing, about 100 of his mates all had a t-shirt done with his pic on it and a phrase on it that he always said
i thought that was really nice of them
gotta go now
theres a pint in the pub waiting for me and i dont want to let it down
