This is london prices with a capped discount..maximum discount £16,000...people up the road bought their for about £30,000 about 8 years ago...now would be about £180,000

thats a good idea! i was going to rehome a greyhound once, but my partner at the time left so i couldn't afford to do my fence up securly enough so had to turn him down at last minute.
