They actually have each nominated the other, on separate weeks, but it was earlier on in the show.
Charlie nominated Rodrigo the week Kris went and Rodrigo nominated Charlie the week the new HMs went in

I'm sure each of them have in the past. Wish there was a chart or something showing how they have all voted over the weeks.

I think HMs with nominations are sometimes concerned how the public will view them. So if they nominate someone who they are supposed to be in a showmance with or are supposed to have been in an alliance of some sort they might be more wary of nominating that person.

I never knew Roddrigo had nominated Charlie, I knew Charlie had nominated Roddrigo I think that was after the 40000000000000 water fight
