HMs have often applied for previous BBs before they actually get chosen, and imo that doesn't make them 'rejects'. There are only a few spots for each series and they seem to pick HMs based on type so if one type has been picked they won't pick another like that for the same series.
Yes I understand that but it makes the ones that apply in the year less likely to get a place because BB already have someone in mind that has auditioned from previous years!

Which is why we can never have another BB1 its originality was compromised in each successive year by the producers miss handling of the show.
