Ah well, that's the world of showbusiness. But it's not the world of Sophie, and Kris is still a very important person in her world – especially since he sent her a message.

"Have you thought about Kris?" asked Lisa as she and Sophie lounged around in the Bedroom.

"Yeah, I always think about Kris," replied Sophie dreamily. "I've been thinking about what he said in that message. It was really nice. I can't wait to see him – it feels like ages since I've seen him. I think it's been seven weeks," she added, her face scrunched up with the mental arithmetic.

"You said you thought he'd had his hair cut. Just a trim though – it's still long," said Lisa.

"Yeah, it's still long and curly. He looked really nice," replied Sophie staring into her mind's eye

Ahh, but how love's young dream endures…

I feel sorry for Sophie, Kris is a scrounger who will use her until the mag deals dry up.

I think their managers have something to do with this.To milk the publicity whilst they can and make a million out of it.They would look good together on photo shoots.Then go their seperate ways very much richer.
