Tonight's dinner: a chocolate parfait

Between the end of my last lesson of the day and an impromptu meeting, my messed-up plans to have dinner went out the window, so I'm stuck with the unhealthy choice of a very delicious-looking parfait

Ahhhh Ritz crackers!!! I used to love eating them on my own. I can't remember if I had them with cheese or what (I probably did), but still....

I now know that tomorrow I will not go near the waffle batter and instead will queue up for a spinach and cheese omelette. Or two.

Yeahhhh Carot. That's the nice thing about uni food: even though you pay through the nose for it, you know you've got it whenever you bloody well want
