BB said his noms would be the first 2 people he comes into contact with, if Sophie was waiting to see if he nominated that means she's got a vote and Charlie is a nosy fecker so he might have one too....

I've made this point on another thread. With only Sophie left to nominate afer Siavash, BB will have a good idea of who will be up - if not outright confirmation. Also, we know that there will be consequences - that much they told him; but how do we know that the punishment was decided before he came into contact with other housemates - as we have no live evidence ourselves.
