DAY 74
10.33am:
David and Lisa are at the Bus Stop. Last night, as a joke, Charlie spat water on Bea while she was in bed. David and Lisa talk at the Bus Stop about Charlie taking his jokes too far, saying he has done this “sort of thing before.” David asks Lisa whether he has done this to her but Lisa says that no-one would do anything to her and Charlie just gets excitable.
Charlie and Bea are in the Living Room. Charlie apologises to Bea for last night and Bea replies that she was really upset and offended. He says he doesn’t want to talk about it and be “negative” and Bea says that, like his problems with Rodrigo which she admits are “none of her business,” lines need to be drawn. She says someone once threw a glass of water over her and they “might as well have slapped me.” They agree that from now on there should be no more water near the bed and hug.
10.46am
Some of the housemates are in the Bedroom. Bea reveals that she didn’t know Stevie Wonder was blind or black. Sophie asks whether Stevie Wonder sang with Blur. Siavash and Marcus cannot believe they don’t know what Stevie Wonder looks like, likening it to not knowing what Michael Jackson looked like.
Charlie, David and Lisa are at the Bus Stop. Lisa asks Charlie whether he got in trouble last night and he tells her he has apologised. Lisa jokes that Bea was going to move beds again and that Charlie might lose a play-friend as Bea was not happy. Charlie replies that he wasn’t spitting and Lisa agrees but warns him to be careful with Bea as “she’ll kick a fuss up.”
12.34pm
Big Brother has gathered all the housemates in the Sitting Room. Earlier this week Rodrigo believed he met the Queen and as he was such a good sport all housemates will be receiving messages from home.
Lisa is the first housemate to be called and heads across the garden to the Task Room. The other housemates watch the messages and reactions on the Plasma Screen in the Sitting Room. Lisa’s message is from her mother and aunt, twins Maureen and Margaret. They tell her that they are missing her and about planned parties in her honour as Lisa cries. In the Sitting Room we see David crying and the housemates clap as Lisa returns. “This is the best thing that happened in the f*cking world ever,” Siavash exclaims. Lisa tells the housemates that her aunt and mum are identical twins and were proud of her. Siavash comments that they were “like the Shining.”
Charlie is called across to the Task Room and Marcus tells the other housemates to “get the tissues ready.” Charlie’s message is from his dad who tells him that he is doing them proud, his grandma is watching and his mum “has had good luck.” Charlie cries and runs back to the Sitting Room after the message in tears. He hugs Lisa, Bea and David and Charlie.
1.03pm
Charlie is in the Diary Room explaining that he is happy to have seen his dad. He tells Big Brother that he is crying tears of joy and would do anything for his mum to get better.
In the Bedroom, Siavash says that the messages have been the best thing in the house. Bea asks Sophie whether her message will be from Kris but Sophie doubts he would appear. Marcus hopes his hologram is a picture of some sandwiches.
Charlie leaves the Diary Room and heads to the kitchen. He explains to Rodrigo, David and Lisa that since he’s been in the house his mum has been getting stronger. Rodrigo and Charlie hug and Charlie says he is excited to see Jan and Peter (Rodrigo’s ‘UK Parents)
2.33pm
Bea is in the Task Room receiving her message from home. Bea squints to see the hologram that appears of her friend, Tea, who says “I don’t know who you were expecting to see, but it wouldn’t be me!” Tea says that everyone is proud of Bea and that she should stay until the end of the show. Bea smiles and runs back to the Sitting Room but says “It was my friend, Tea. Why was it not my mum?” Marcus suggests that perhaps her mum was busy and that there would definitely not be anything wrong with her as BB would tell her. Bea starts to cry, saying that everyone else got one from their parents. David tries to console her, saying that her mum will be watching but Bea speculates that she might not be.
David is the next housemate to be called to the Task Room. David’s message is from his aunt Linsey and friend Emma. They tell David that the whole of Yorkshire is behind him and they have made T-shirts in his support David cries and runs back to the Sitting Room. David is happy with his message in contrast to Bea, who is still upset.

Charlie, David and Lisa are in the Garden talking about Bea. Charlie says “some people are never happy,” and David waxes lyrical about the holograms compared to receiving a letter. While they talk, Bea goes into the Diary Room.
In the Diary Room Bea cries, saying she wanted to see her mum and asked why she didn’t send her a message. Big Brother informs her that her mother didn’t want to appear on television but Bea says she is worried her mum isn’t proud of her and feels like going home to see if everything’s ok. Big Brother tells Bea that her mum thought it best her friend sent the message. “That’s that then, isn’t it?” sighs Bea.
3.42pm
Lisa and David are at the Bus Stop, talking about Bea. Picking up a pair of sunglasses, Lisa asks David whether they are his. David replies that they are Bea’s as Bea has borrowed his and keeps dropping them. Lisa says she is p*ssed off as everything is about Bea. She says some people don’t know how lucky they are and that she shouldn’t moan but be grateful.
Bea, Marcus and Siavash are in the Bedroom. Bea is lying on the bed next to Marcus. She says that perhaps she over-reacted but Marcus suggests “they might have better judgment in the Editing Room.” Bea reveals she told BB not to show her upset and says she will “give them some other footage.” She says that if Tea sees this she will think “ungrateful b*tch,” but wants everyone to know she was happy, just nothing compares to her mum. Siavash tells her he would have done the same.
4.36pm
Most of the housemates are in the sitting room. Marcus is in the Task Room – his message is from his friend Helen, who appears as a hologram wearing a ‘Team Marcus ‘ T-shirt. She tells Marcus to “stop using that word” (c*nt) but Marcus replies “No!”
Rodrigo is called to the Task Room to receive his message from his ‘UK parents’: Jenny and Peter.
Jen and Peter appear as a hologram in front of Rodrigo and tell him they are proud of him. After the message, Rodrigo says “Thank you. I love you so much,” and returns to the sitting room.

After the message Siavash sits with his head in his hands and exclaims that he couldn’t hear the message as he was overwhelmed . He returns to the sitting room and repeats his complaint to the other housemates who repeat back what this mother and cousin said.
Sophie is called to the Task Room. Sophie’s message from her mum, Helen, and best friend, Kathy. Sophie sits in the Task Room and her hologram includes messages of praise and news that her dogs are pregnant. Her mum also tells her to stop drinking. As Sophie goes to leave another hologram appears; it is ex housemate Kris. Kris says that he is proud of her and his feelings have not changed towards her. He also tells Sophie he is missing her and to “Remember what I wrote in the palm of your hand the night I got evicted, it’s still true.” He ends with “Love you lots!” and Sophie goes to the corner of the room breathing deeply. She goes back to the Sitting Room and the other housemates congratulate her, with Lisa saying “I told you he was missing you!”

9.59pm
Siavash announces that Bea has something to say and Bea asks the other housemates to “stop taking the p*ss” as Tea is a good friend. Rodrigo laughs and Bea suggests that if people keep joking it won’t be good, saying to Rodrigo “imagine if I laughed when you’re upset”. Rodrigo protests that everyone is laughing, but Bea disagrees. Siavash stifles a laugh and Sophie giggles. Bea says if Rodrigo is laughing it will be shown as a joke and she is worried about Tea watching. She tells Rodrigo it is not funny but he replies that if he finds something funny he will continue to laugh at Bea making drama. Lisa suggests that Rodrigo is laughing at Bea’s reaction, not at her friend and Bea says she is upset about his laughter. Charlie jokes that no-one should give Bea a surprise birthday as she won’t like it. Rodrigo mimics Bea walking in on a surprise party she didn’t want. Charlie says “let’s all forget about Tea, Bea did.”
10.25pm

Rodrigo says he is joking but Bea says “it’s not f*cking funny.” David enters and asks what they are talking about. “The same subject,” Rodrigo quips. Bea says “Does it look like I want to talk about it?” and Lisa tells people not to mention it anymore. Bea asks Rodrigo how sensitive he was about Charlie saying he had no friends, suggesting he was acting like a three year old. Rodrigo says it’s ok to laugh at dramas and giggles, admitting he should be “in a drama film.” David takes Bea inside, pulling a knowing face to Marcus and Rodrigo in the pool.
