I had it as a side effect of pregnancy. I got little wrist supports and shook my hands a lot and left them hanging out of the bed to get some relief at night. It is a real pesky condition figtree!

Ta For replying Trig's Hug I may have it yet to see the quack! Have had pins and needles in left arm and hand for months...was told that it might be a trapped nerve... however I cannot straighten or close my fingers now so even using a fork is difficult Confused
