...must mean that the rule change of allowing nom chat is now over, and that she has now broken the regular nom chat rule?

I hope she's banned from nominating this week.

In my experience, they usually sub-title them when a HM isn't talking too clearly or talking too quietly. It's very annoying as those subtitles are blocked from view by the Teletex subtitles.
