I remember him talking about this a few weeks ago.
I don't think he was an alcoholic. Someone close to me was an alcoholic and he would never have been able to socially drink as Siavash does. It was either all or nothing.
I'll be honest, it's the first i've heard of it.

I heard him say he was drinking too much JD and had to stop, and said he hadnt had a drink for 6 months prior to going in, dont think he is an alcoholic, he said it was his job etc(LF this morning around 2am)

I heard him say that too. He didn't say he was an alcoholic, but said his lifestyle working in clubs had him drinking every night. He realised it wasn't healthy and knocked it on the head.

I don't think it is a game plan to win. In my experience alcoholics receive little to no sympathy at all.

Nah, he wasn't. It only came up in convo because Sophie got completely arseholed last night, cadging drink off the others, and he commented that he didn't feel the need to get drunk these days.

Yeah bemused is a better view actually..
I think it all started (correct me if i am wrong) when David had a cider he said he didnt drink much but fancied one, but it mysteriously vanished and Siavash said he could have some of his wine, then the convo started about how he used to drink too much....
he said he was drinking every night because he worked in a club and the temptation is always there. He also said he hadn't drunk for 6 months before coming into the house because he thought it was becoming a problem, and good for him for realising that drinking every night really can turn into an addiction you can't break.
I heard Sophie last night say that Siavash had been sick 3 times....
