It was Sophie that couldn't wait to point out (wrongly) what he was doing by claiming (wrongly again) that he was influencing nominations.

He never discussed nominations and even if he did wouldn't have been a punishment to the whole house offence.

BB used his "rule break" to get Siavash off the hook.

And it's worked as the FM's on here are focusing on Marcus for the rule break and TOTALLY ignoring what Siavash did, which was the bigger rule break.

I agree.

Marcus just said he wants to go, plenty of HMs have said that in this series and in past series without it being regarded as discussing nominations.

I want to be clear that I quite like Siavash but I do believe his failure to nominate is a more obvious rule break but I don't feel he should be condemned for it as he has been.

Marcus came under the same criticism that Siavash is now getting and I said at the time about Marcus and now say it wrt Siavash..
The HMs are human, with human emotions.
Siavash feels down at the moment give him time, he'll come out of it as Marcus has.
