The cheekbones of one of his victims that he put up on his fence apparently according to what we was told , we was like OMG and we had some old newspapers to look at.
It's a cracking film and Richard Attenborough is brilliant as Christie.

He masters the voice perfectly and the coldness of John Christie .

But then again, John Hurt is marvellous too. You can't be unmoved by his "I done nothing".
Gut wrenching and heart tugging stuff.
Got it on now. Seen it before.

He was a special constable after the war, another reason he got away with it for so long.

Spot on he was with how took in Timothy Evans was by Christie and the lengths that Christie went to cover his tracks even framing someone else.
I forgot her husband got hanged.
The way Attenborough manipulates John Hurt, is spine chilling, and so sad.

Quite. I think it's important to remember that the original book by Ludovic Kennedy was a major factor in the abolition of the death penalty...

That's why I don't believe in hanging as alot of innocent people died.
That child lost both parents.
The rapport he had with the jailer looking after him before the hanging gets me everytime....he knew they were killing a child almost.

, if Tim didn't help Christie move the body then Christie would have probably killed him anyway ,
I have seen this film a few times, its an excellent film and Richard Attenborough's performance is fantastic

He was one sick puppy that Christie. I mean how the hell do you find out you get off on gassing women and then having secs with them
I used to have a mate who lived in Rushton Mews which was built on the land Rillington Place stood on apparently. Made me feel creepy when I was at his place

Don't think I've ever seen this film Darlo ... it's started a while now, so no point putting it on ... I'll add it to my 'movies to see' list ... but will not expect to 'enjoy' it ...
He used to keep a tin of pubic hair cutting from his victims....

I thought he killed the child....
He did Stonks , he kept his evil composure whilst the police were looking so confident he wouldn't get found out then and covered his tracks he thought.

He was one weird fella,,,,
How Richard Attenborough or John Hurt didn't recieve Oscars for thier performance is beyond me, the acting is a masterclass!...Pity Charlie isn't watching.
Very manipulative person, he's deranged . He certainly turned on the charm and fooled lots of people.
