You know what? I wasn't a great Michael Jackson fan, but I do recognise what he and his family contributed to music.

For months we were bombarded with Jade Goody threads - updates on her progress, updates on her treatment, updates on her relationship with Jack, updates on what will happen to her kids, updates on her bloody funeral procession and who the heck was she? Someone who appeared on Big Brother in the UK 5 or 6 years ago. The ONLY thing she did was play the media.

I don't give a monkey's if people don't like him. I don't give a monkey's if people think he was guilty of child abuse (although he was found innocent of all charges). The fact is that there are people who loved him for his music and by belittling their opinon, you are only belittling yourself.

The point that EVERYONE misses, is that no-one's belittled anyone's right to feel sad. The abuse has been flying ONLY from MJ fans who think we should all feel the same way.

If I have to say this again, I might eat my own head Smiler

I've not seen any abuse Confused

That's because the posts were deleted and threads got pulled Smiler

Plenty of people did see it though.
